2. A larger model when we need it. If we don’t have it yet, we still answer. We do not send you somewhere else.
3. Your context makes the next answer ours. What you add from the site — the plate, the symptom, the code year — is how the trades model catches up. Everyday job files stay out of training. Verified experts still hold the training door.

What it does on a job

1. Don’t guess the part. Photo or description of a nameless faucet, data plate, or breaker. Get the ID, the spec, and what it takes to swap it.
2. Don’t roll the truck twice. Cartridge, capacitor, or breaker figured out before you leave for the supply house.
3. Don’t call the shop at 9pm. The apprentice asks the tool instead of the owner. Steps, the measurement that confirms it, and when to stop.
4. Don’t fail the inspection. A code reference you can show the inspector, with a straight word that your jurisdiction’s edition may differ.
5. Don’t lose what the lead tech knows. About a minute after the job to write down what it really was, so the next person on the crew doesn’t guess.

That credit is a record, not a check. Nobody is promising a payout. Monetization is deferred and we say so out loud.
